I can't have cream cheese as I'm lactose intollerant, also not a huge fan of bacon. Apart from this it sounds potentially tasty.

This is the holy grail at our place in the holiday season. It's rich, creamy and garlicky so goes best with simple water crackers or breadstick or even pumpernickel. The dip takes at least 4 hrs in the fridge to begin developing it's true flavours and just keeps getting better over the next 2 days. Then I usually toss it ( if there's any left!) Just to be safe. ~ Ingredients ~ 1kg of large tiger prawns or similar ( * This is weight to buy in shells) Once peeled...

I think it really goes best with Spencer Gulf King Prawns, ( locals have been making it for decades with them).
SA King prawns are the ultimate, fresh, salty clean meat, ocean taste with that delectable crispy texture and blend well with a slight crunchy, bounce-back temptation in the blend of this divine dip/paste!! Well done for sharing it around the nation. The secret's out now, the tastebuds are ready for this summer treat with an accompaniment of a fine chilled beverage!!

I have noticed over the last week on the many surveys on how I am voting at this Federal Election a pattern that I believe could be ensuring polls are being fixed. I will show you how this is being done - you are asked who you will vote for, then it goes to how did you vote in the 2022 election. I have always been consistent and in all polls I have stated I voted for the LNP as first preference.- however when I state I voted for the LNP in the 2022...

I was a late starter and an early finisher. Thought I'd missed the bus. I read everything I could get my hands on. If you can get over the "morning sickness" everything after that is easy. Try to make sure you get sufficient sleep, the late months if I closed my eyes at work I wanted to go to sleep. After that first acceptance that you are Really pregnant it seems easy but do look after your health and try not get over stressed as you can't help all those hormones flooding through you. Hopefully your partner accepts that you also become very emotional at times, no you don't have that to yourself, we all did it. That first tiny butterfly movement that later becomes like a full football game by the last few months. God Bless and keep well.

On the 12th of July 2023 I had open heart surgery for a complete heart valve replacement & one in need of repair, I kept waking up struggling to breath due to a leak which built up 20 kilos of fluid on my lungs...drowning on the inside, very scary. Just had a package from Amazon that was supposedly delivered but never showed up on our doorstep -- I was watching for it. They showed a picture of a package with only cement surrounding it -- it could have been taken anywhere! Our doorstep however has a big mat that covers the whole step so it was not our porch step. I also requested that it be delivered to our back door but it said it was delivered to our front step or near it. Amazon was great and reimbursed...

I had a different experience about 5 weeks ago, not Amazon, but worth telling. I was in my backyard at 5pm, doing some gardening when I heard a delivery truck. I checked down the side of the house to the front, and saw it was a Coles home delivery truck. I thought it was for the neighbors across the street, so I ignored it. About 10 minutes later I went to the front of the house. On my front steps were 15 bags of groceries and a carton of ginger beer - not mine (I don't do home delivery). I looked for a receipt or paperwork - nothing. I rang Coles local, and they put me through to their distribution center in Sydney, where they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I explained what happened, they put me on hold again. When they finally came back, they asked me if I wanted to keep the groceries or did my neighbors want some of it. Could I take it inside and refrigerate what needed to be and keep the rest. The driver can't get back to my street that night and once I take it inside, they cannot then ask for it back due to security issues, Coles would then send out a new order to the original shopper. I said thanks, took some things to my neighbor and kept the rest. We estimated that it was a full family shop ($350). I spoke to the phone operator and asked questions. If it happens again, just take everything inside. Once it's in your house, it's yours, they won't knock on the door and ask for it.
Ka-ching! Merry Christmas!

I finally made it to the leader board this week. You need to get those bonus points by having the least number of jewels at the end of the round. You have to work out the patterns, ie: 1st round they only go down, 2nd round they only go up....Once you do this you can target which groups to click on. And when you have single jewels it's best to match those first instead of 'already grouped' jewels\ud83d\ude0a.

I also asked you to help in this fight by YOU also emailing numerous politicians about your own financial struggles and pushing for a increase in payments. I recently received a reply from the Minister of Welfare who falsely claims that in March...

Is there a Minister of Seniors?? There should be..its incredibly unfair how this happens. Here in NZ we got an increase of an offensive $20 a week for beneficiaries- after many many years of no increase- the list of essentials including food petrol power health etc etc etc has risen exponentially over the years- and the $20 increase would be laughable if it wasn't so difficult.

An old saying is, "You are what you eat" Does that mean I'm a cow (mooo) if I eat a cow? Does it mean I'm an egg if I eat an egg? Does it mean I'm a block of cheese if I eat cheese? AND:- Years ago we were told that cows milk is good for us; then years later they say it's bad for us, then soon afterwards we are told it's bad for us as it's intended for calves. Over the years, this has occurred with many different consumable products... Does this mean that...

Unfortunately, allergic testing isn't usually done on people untill they start displaying symptoms.
Sometimes it isn't picked up for years.
We aren't all the same!
People also have different blood types.
The GPs in Australia are very ignorant when it comes to diet.
It's usually picked up by specialist doctors, parents, nutrition experts, and other's.

I love a good book that provides page turning suspense. The are fully recyclable, as in being able to pass them on to friends and family and when finally too tatty to read, goes in the recycling bin no waste there. Electronic devices are not fully recyclable so land fill here we come.

This is getting to be a bad situation. We need to get theses microplastics out of our water. they can be harming us. I saw on the news where the was a boat that had a big net and it was collecting these buggers. Last's use filters and get away from plastic it is bad What do you Guys think?
APB
nearly all the micro plastics that your household produces appear to be from your washing machine...man made fibres are the biggest offenders...and the crap they put in your washing powders/liquids (it is probably in your shower gel, soaps and toothpaste too)...NOW...there is an attachment that you can add to your machine...it costs $350...that can remove all this at the source....but YOU have to buy it yourself...and down the food chain the local water purifier CAN remove ALL the microplastics from your waste water too...but that costs lots of money ..and nobody wants to pay for that either......we would rather drink water and eat fish full of plastic it seems..

I just came up with a refreshing drink to enjoy w/ this pizza. Cold water (bottled or tap), ice cubes, white grape juice, Pepsi, Coke or Root Beer mixed together and add a squirt of lime (Not lemon) juice. Chil in fridge and in a half hour enjoy it. I tried adding whiskey to it and white wine to this mixture and both tasted swell. Hope everyone had a nice and safe and happy Labor Day weekend. Yesterday I did a survey on Rewardia...it wanted to know what I thought about redevelopment in Brisbane's CBD..I was positive...did I think this and this and this would be a good idea?..yes...and so on...it then said did I know what was going on...yes....did I know that Star Casino was funding a large quantity of the work?...no...what did I think of Star Casinos?...I do not like them...did I trust them etc....I said no...guess what?...this survey doesn't seem...
Jewel
That sounds pretty typical of the surveys on here...if you tell them what they want to hear you will make it through and get points, if you tell the truth they don't want to know. Just goes to show you can't rely on getting honest feedback when they give you any survey results. Rely on your own instincts to get the truth.

I have a very unprofitable business - online medical transcriptionist. Basically it is only what I would call a hobby, but I do not have to rent premises and there are no overheads. Basically I just wake up in the morning and sit at my computer and start typing. I do not even use any paper, just send the transcripts back via the server. This time around with the lockdowns things do not seem quite as bad. The last time some of my kids were out of work for quite a while and had to use up their holiday leave. This time they are all still working.
