Start your day with soft whole wheat+oats pancakes and a fluffy omelette served with fresh fruits like mandarins and plums. Mix flour, milk, egg, and a little butter for pancakes; cook until golden. Beat eggs with salt and milk for the omelette and cook till light and fluffy. Simple, healthy, and full of morning energy.

Bad food combining. A better switch? Do this....
No oats. These are COMPLEX carbs and bad "sugar" for you.
Eat the eggs by themselves. Then, for a snack, eat the fruit by itself.

Once a week, I take a little extra time to take a little extra time to make a full dinner. I grilled chicken with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic for flavor. Alongside, I cooked sausage until golden and also grilled some pineapple rings and eggplant slices, they give a nice smoky and sweet taste. For the sauce, I made a creamy tomato base with butter, and spices, then simmered it till smooth. I also made a small side of orange salad mixed with chili flakes and a for a spicy,...

This breakfast plate is simple, healthy, and balanced. It includes a soft omelette seasoned lightly with pepper and cooked with small pieces of onion for extra flavour. Fresh baby carrots add a nice crunch, while a handful of pistachios gives protein and healthy fats. A small slice of cheese adds richness to the plate, and the meal is completed with a refreshing glass of orange juice. Overall, it s a quick and nutritious morning meal.

This is a dish that many people love. Sadly those who are not adventurous will refuse to try it and never realise what they are missing. It takes only a few minutes to prepare. Not a roast chicken like I cook. Sounds more like fried chicken to me.
Mine is whole. Oil, salt and pepper and butter under the skin. Cook medium for about an hour and then add roast vegetables - potato, pumpkin, capsicum, sweet potato, carrots etc. Cook for 1/2 hour and take chicken out to rest and turn up the temperature of the oven to crisp slightly and brown vegetables.Serve with gravy.
