Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad | ||
Ingredients: 2 boneless chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, parsley) Salt and black pepper to taste 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped half cup croutons half cup grated Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp Caesar dressing Instructions: 1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, salt, and pepper. 2. Grill or pan-fry for 5 6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice. 3. In a bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing. 4. Add croutons and Parmesan cheese. Toss lightly. 5. Place sliced grilled chicken on top. | ||
