Overnight Oats | ||
Ingredients 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup milk of choice A dash of vanilla extract A sprinkle of cinnamon Combine all ingredients in a glass container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight. The next day, add toppings of choice. I added sliced strawberries, walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Options are endless so here are a few Greek yoghurt Blueberries Banana Apple Pear Almonds Chia seeds Maple syrup A great healthy breakfast or even as a dessert! | ||
