Veggie-Packed Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
1 cooked chicken breast (grilled or shredded)
1 whole wheat tortilla or wrap
A handful of baby spinach or lettuce
Shredded carrots
Sliced cucumbers,1avacado
Cherry tomatoes
Hummus or light mayo (optional
Salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon

Instructions:
1. Warm the wrap slightly in a pan or microwave (10 15 seconds).
2. Spread hummus or light mayo on the wrap if using.
3. Layer with spinach, chicken, and veggies.
4. Add, avacado, salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
