| Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin | ||
1 lb Pork tenderloin cut In bite size pieces 4 cloves Garlic 1/2 tsp Ginger 1 onion 1/4 cup Honey 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 cups White rice 1/2 tsp chilli paste 1tbsp olive Oil 2 tbsp Rice vinegar 1 tbsp Sesame oil Start by cooking your rice according to the package instructions, Once cooked, set it aside covered. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil, then add your pork. Cook for 5 7 minutes. Set aside. In the same pan, lower the heat to, and add a little more oil if needed. Add minced garlic, ginger and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Next, pour in the soy sauce and honey, vinegar and sesame, stirring. Return pork to pan and coat with the sauce. If you want more liquid, add a little bit of water. Simmer for 5 minutes Serve on top of the rice. | ||
