Chicken Noodle Bowl

Ingredients:
Boiled noodles
Cooked chicken breast or thigh (cut into small pieces)
Boiled green peas
Boiled chickpeas
Pan-fried potatoes (small cubes)
Chopped red onion
Fresh coriander or parsley
Fresh green chili (optional)
Lemon or lime wedges
Salt and black pepper
Paprika or chili flakes
Garlic powder
Cooking oil
Tomato-based spicy sauce or salsa (for topping
Method:
1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
3. In the same pan, lightly fry the potato cubes until crispy.
4. In a large bowl, add noodles, chicken, chickpeas, peas, and potatoes.
5. Add chopped onion, fresh herbs, and green chili.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
7. Squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice and mix gently.
8. Top with tomato-based sauce and serve warm.
