Baked Potato with Toppings

Ingredients

Potatoes, 1 for each serving
Butter
Salt and Pepper
Cheese
Bacon
Cabbage
Carrots
Celery
Bacon
Can of corn kernels
Sour cream
Olive oil
Lemon juice

Instructions

Wash potatoes well, with a fork prick the potato skins a few times and wrap them in foil.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 1 hour

Meanwhile prepare the toppings.

Fry bacon until crispy
Grate cheese
Cut cabbage and add grated carrot and chopped celery, dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Once potatoes are done cut in a cross shape but not all the way through.
Add butter, cheese, coleslaw, corn, bacon and a dollop of sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

Omit the bacon for a vegetarian option.
