| Coconut Chicken Curry | ||
Ingredients: 1 pound chicken, 4-5 onions diced, 2 tomatoes chopped, 3 cloves garlic chopped, 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 cup thick coconut milk, 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala, coriander leaves chopped for garnishing, 1 cinnamon stick, 3-4 cardamom, 1-3 cloves, 2 bayleaf. Recipe: Heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 cinnamon stick, 3-4 cardamom, 1-3 cloves, 2 bayleaf Add diced onions and cook up to translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 mins. Add all the spices powder like 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala. Then add tomatoes and cook up to oil floats. Close the lid for 5-10 mins. Then add half cup of water and till it thickens. Then add the coconut milk. And cook for another 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it. | ||
