Slow cooked Beef casserole with Chilli Beans

This is such an easy recipe to use, basically you can set it and forget it! After a busy day at work, you can come home to this tender, tasty and flavorful dinner from being slow cooked all day. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:
700g -1kg chuck steak
1 large onion
400g tomato soup
2 cans chilli beans
1 cup water
1 can green beans
3 medium potatoes (cube)
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1) Cut chuck steak into cubes. Brown them in a frying pan. Transfer them into a slow cooker.

2) Fry onion in a frying pan until slightly brown. Again, transfer them into a slow cooker.

3) Pour in 1 can of tomato soup, water, 2 cans of chilli beans, green beans, bay leaves and potatoes.

4) Cook this for 8 hours in low setting.

5) I serve this with bread rolls.
