Stuffed Chicken Breast

This is for each chicken breast.
Sprinkle of cumin,
Basil, and thyme
Salt
6 slices of cheese (less if preferred)
2 pickles
3 garlic cloves crushed
Sprinkle of chicken stock powder

Start by preheating oven to 200°C
Slit open the chicken breast and Sprinkle cumin, basil, thyme, salt and chicken stock.
Add 4 slices of cheese into the chicken breast, then thinly slice the pickles and add on top of cheese. Then add the rest of the cheese on top of the pickles and spread on the garlic.
Place chicken breast on an oven tray and bake for 25 minutes
I served mine alongside roast carrots and potatoes
