Cheesy Pork Mince Pasta | ||
500g pork mince 2 cloves Garlic crushed 1tbsp parsley 1 Onion diced 1.5cup Beef stock 1/4 cup Tomato paste 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cups Penne pasta, 1tbsp Olive oil 1/2 cup grated cheese, Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the mince and cook for 5 minutes Add tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, parsley & Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine. Reduce heat to low and add the pasta and stir to combine. Cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes, stirring once during cooking. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and check that the pasta is cooked. If needed, cook for an extra couple of minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top and cover again for a further 2 minutes | ||
