2 cups flour

1/2 cup butter melted
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Heat the oven to 190°C
Grease a muffin tin
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Combine together, gently stir. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups. Bake for 16 minutes
