Noodle Bowl

1. Cook noodles
Boil noodles, spaghetti or ramen acc to your type drain, and keep aside.

2. Fry chicken
Pan-fry sliced meat with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and a little chili. Keep aside.

3. Make broth
Saute onion + tomato in oil
Add 1 coconut milk + 1 cup water/broth.
Add salt, pepper, chili. Simmer 2 3 minutes.

4. Cook spinach
Lightly saute spinach with a pinch of salt.

5. Fry eggs
Make sunny-side-up eggs.

6. Assemble
Put noodles ? pour broth ? add spinach ? add meat ? top with egg ? add coriander.
