Cambodian Lemongrass Marinated Beef Roast

My Cambodian friend gave me this recipe, it is very flavorful and rich.
Ingredients:
700g - 1000g Beef Roast
1 large onion chopped
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 lemongrass stalks
2 kaffir lime leaves
1 tsp chili powder
1 orange (juiced)
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp white sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1) Use a grinder to grind onion, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves together until everything is fine.
2) Get a bowl to mix everything together.
3) Carefully rub the mixture onto the beef roast. I normally let it marinate overnight in the fridge for maximum flavour.
4) Transfer to a baking dish the day after. Bake it at 130 degrees for 2 hours.
5) I serve it with Roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
