Easy Garlic Butter Oven Baked Salmon on Noodles with Bok Choi
This garlic butter baked salmon is so easy to make yet tastes so good. It is moist, flavorful and packed with Omega 3 goodness! This recipe is very quick to cook, dinner will be ready in under 30 mins time.

Ingredients

1 Salmon fillet
1 tsp crushed garlic
50g butter (melted)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 pack of 2 mins noodles ( I use sweet soy flavor)
Bok choi ( pan fried with olive oil)

Method:

1) Get a small bowl, mix melted butter, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice thoroughly together.

2) Carefully pour it over the salmon fillet.

3) Bake it at 180 degrees for 10 mins. Take care not to overcook it. Salmon tastes best when it is moist in my opinion.

4) Cook noodles accordingly to the instructions on the back of the packet.

5) Assemble your dish. I lay the noodles at the bottom, add bok choi on top, then put the salmon on the side. You can add additional lemon juice for extra flavor.
