Purple Cabbage & Egg Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup purple cabbage (sliced)
1 cucumber (diced)
1 carrot (chopped)
1 boiled egg
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Chili flakes (optional)
1 2 tbsp olive oil or lemon juice
Method:
1. Boil the egg (8 10 minutes), peel and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, cucumber, and carrot.
3. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and olive oil or lemon juice.
4. Toss well.
5. Place boiled egg on top and serve.
