Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped parsley (optional)

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled & deveined

Instructions:
1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper.
4. Cook 2 3 mins per side until pink..
5. Add lemon juice and parsley.

You can serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
