Healthy Delicious Coconut milk Chia Pudding

This has been my go to for breakfast lately. I can't tell you how much I enjoy it. If you want something easy, delicious and good for your body, this recipe is for you. Chia seeds have nutrients that support multiple body functions and systems. This recipe is great for breakfast, mid morning snack, dessert or food on the go!
Ingredients:
1 cup milk/ coconut milk (or milk of your choice or water)
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Greek yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
Frozen mango chunks (or fruit of your choice)
1 Tbsp Honey (optional)A handful of granola (optional)
Method:
1) The above ingredients is for 2 servings. Get a glass container or glass jar with a lid, pour milk or coconut milk in it.
2) Then put in chia seeds, stir with spoon or whisk for a few minutes.
3) Next add yogurt, honey and mix thoroughly until everything combined.
4) Place the glass bowl in the fridge for at least 2 hours to ensure chia seeds are all fully soaked. I like to leave it overnight.
5) The next morning, I add a variety of fruits (depending on what I have got) on the chia pudding. It tastes absolutely divine!
