| Honey Garlic Butter Lamb | ||
4 Lamb steaks cut up 4 cloves Garlic 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Parsley 1 tbsp Rosemary 1 tsp Thyme 3 tbsp Honey Salt and pepper 1 tbsp Olive oil 4 tbsp Butter In a small bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined. Place the lamb in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag. Let the lamb marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. place the marinated lamb in Cook till browned. Add the butter and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. I served it with rice and a small side salad. | ||
