| Chicken and pork plate | ||
Ingredients : Chicken pieces Pork pieces Kale (or green salad) Orange slices Tomato sauce Salt & pepper Garlic Oil Lemon Method: 1. Grilled Chicken and pork Marinate both with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oil. Grill or pan-cook on medium heat until golden and fully cooked. Slice into pieces. 2. Kale Salad Massage kale with olive oil and salt for 1 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and nuts/cheese if using. Toss well. 3. Assemble Plate Place grilled chicken on one side. Add kale salad in the center. Serve orange slices on the side. Add tomato sauce or salsa for dipping. | ||
