Satay Lilit (fish on lemongrass spears)

This is another south-east Asian dish. Traditionally lilit (catfish) is used for this recipe. It is made in villages using fresh herbs and spices. Hence, the half a finger measurements. Half a little finger is about one teaspoon I learnt this recipe in central Sulawesi.
*1 kilo of fish or chicken. (finely chopped)
*5 cloves of garlic.
*7 onion.
*5 chillies
*Turmeric (half little finger).
*Ginger (half little finger).
*Cumin (half tablespoon).
*Galangal (half little finger)
* 3 hazlenut (roasted and ground).
*Coriander (half tablespoon).
*salt, pepper and shrimp paste.
*Grated coconut (100 g)
* 1 egg.
* Sliced lime leaf.
Tapioka (100g). This helps everything hold together.
*Grind (puree) all spices and mix with fish or chicken to make a paste.
*Press firmly on to lemongrass skewers and then grill .
