Spicy Lemon Chicken in Broth

2 tablespoons plain flour
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 tablespoon all-purpose spicy seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2kg boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup low salt chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a shallow dish, combine flour, lemon pepper, all-purpose spicy and salt.
Coat chicken in flour mixture; shake off excess.
In a large fry pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned, 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan & keep warm.
Add butter and garlic to the same frypan & cook one minute longer. Whisk in chicken broth and lemon juice & bring to simmer. Cook until sauce has slightly thickened, 5-6 minutes.
Return chicken back to frypan & spoon sauce over chicken. Cook until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
