One Pot Macaroni and Chicken
2 tsp oil
500g chicken breast, diced
Salt/pepper
1 tsp ltalian herbs
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, finely sliced
2 Tbsp flour
1chicken stock cube
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 1/2cups milk
250g macaroni
1 cup frozen peas thawed
100g grated cheese

Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle over the Italian herbs. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and onion, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle flour over the chicken mixture and cook for another minute. Dissolve the stock cube in the boiling water, then pour into the pan along with 1 cup of milk. Stir to combine. Add the macaroni and cook, stirring for 5 minutes. Pour in the last bit of milk and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the peas and grated cheese, cook for a few more minutes until peas are cooked.
