| Mac & Cheese Wraps | ||
1 tsp Mustard powder 1 cup macaroni 1/4 cup All-purpose flour 1 tsp salt and pepper 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups milk Boil salted water in a large pot over high heat. Once it reaches a boil, add your pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Drain well. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt your butter. Whisk in the flour until it forms a paste. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens up. Add in your cheddar cheese along with mustard powder and season with salt and pepper Combine pasta and sauce. Let it cool to room temperature and when ready scoop onto wraps and roll. Place in a sandwich press, 2 to 5 minutes. | ||
