30 mins Easy Comforting Crispy Crumbed Beef Schnitzel with salad
This is a great yet easy midweek dinner. With meal prep, I can have dinner on the table within 30 minutes! Your family will love this recipe.

Ingredients:

4-6 Beef Schnitzels
2 cups bread crumbs
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 egg (beaten)
Dash of water
1 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of oil

Method:

1) I like to crumb the Beef Schnitzel the night before. Prepare 3 bowls. 1 bowl for flour, 1 bowl for egg wash and the last bowl for breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

2) Dunk beef schnitzel into the flour bowl, make sure it is well cover. Then coat it with egg wash, then cover with breadcrumbs mixture, press firmly. Repeat process until all schnitzels are all crumbled. Cover and place into the fridge overnight.

3) The next day, fried crumbled beef schnitzel in a pan. Cook till golden on both sides. Take care not to burn the breadcrumbs.

4) On this occasion, I serve it with salad and crispy cheesy bread. Yummy!
