Indian Dollar Coins

This is a very popular vegetarian snack food that is sold at street food carts in India. If you do not like chili, simply reduce quantity or leave it out of your preparation. Different herbs can be added to adjust flavour to your own liking. I have always used recipes as a general guide rather than being something that has to be followed exactly as written.

fresh coriander 4 tbsp

shallow fry the bread on high flame until golden, then place on paper towel.

Just me going off on a tangent:
Next time you prepare mashed potatoes, try adding peanut paste, or mint sauce for a different flavour. For the Australians, add some Vegemite to the mashed potato.
