Rice Pudding | ||
Ingredients: ½ cup rice (any type, rinsed 4 cups milk ¼ cup sugar 2 tbsp chopped nuts (acc to your taste) ¼ tsp cardamom powder 1 tbsp raisins (optional) Instructions: 1. In a pot, cook rice in milk over low heat, stirring often so it doesn t stick. 2. When rice becomes soft and the mixture thickens, add sugar and stir well. 3. Add cardamom powder, nuts, and raisins. 4. Cook for 5 more minutes until creamy. | ||
