Creamy Bacon and Pasta | ||
6 slices Bacon chopped 1 cup boiled peas 4 cloves Garlic minced 1 capsicum diced 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes 2 cups pasta 1/4 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Butter 1cup Heavy cream 1/2 cup grated cheese Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta. In the same pan you cooked the bacon, melt butter and saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in cheese, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper. Then add the capsicum and peas cook for 2 minutes. Combine Everything Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce. Add bacon and mix well. | ||
