Grilled Fish with Roasted Veggies and Corn

Ingredients:
1 whole fish (cleaned)
Salt, pepper, turmeric, and lemon juice
Olive oil or butter
Mixed vegetables (mushroom, bell pepper, potato, chili, etc.)
2 corn cobs
Mixed greens for salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, etc.)
Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and cheese

Instructions:
1. Marinate the fish with salt, pepper, turmeric, and lemon juice. Let it rest for 15 20 minutes.
2. Grill or roast the fish on medium heat until golden and cooked through on both sides.
3. Roast the vegetables with a little oil and salt until tender and slightly charred.
4. Grill the corn until it turns golden with a smoky flavor.
5. Prepare the salad by mixing greens, grated carrot, cucumber, and dressing.
6. Serve everything with your favorite dip or tomato sauce and fresh juice
