This is such a hearty and satisfying informal dinner. It has been one of our family favorites for decades.

Ingredients:

Shredded roast chicken
8 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1/2 cabbage
2.5 cups of pasta
1 onion
250g cream cheese
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken broth
Dash of oil
Extra Tasty cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1) Boil eggs, then sliced. Set aside.

2) Cook pasta in boiled water till soft. Then set aside.

3) Fried onion in oil. Melt cream cheese. Add in chicken broth and milk. Chop cabbage then add it into the sauce. Lastly add in salt and pepper.

4) In a casserole dish, layer pasta, shredded roast chicken, sliced eggs and vegetable with sauce. Repeat till all ingredients are used up.

5) Cook in oven for 1.5 hours at 150 degrees till bubbling. Then sliced some tasty cheese and put on top for grilling till golden brown.

6) I serve it with bread rolls.
