Paneer Chilli Recipe
Ingredients:
200g paneer (cut into cubes)
1 onion (cut into cubes)
1 capsicum (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp cornflour (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer cubes until golden. Remove and keep aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger.
3. Add onion (and capsicum) and cook for 1 2 minutes.
4. Add soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add a little water and let it boil.
6. Add cornflour mixture to thicken the gravy.
7. Add fried paneer and cook for 2 3 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
