| BBQ Chicken & Rice | ||
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs cutlets, cut into bite-sized pieces Salt and pepper, 2tbsp BBQ sauce 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables boiled 2 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil Cooked Rice 1 cup broccoli boiled Heat up a pan and cook together the sesame oil, chicken, garlic and onion until chicken is cooked through. Add in salt/pepper, BBQ sauce and soy sauce. Then Mix in the cooked veges and lower heat and let simmer. In the meantime, in another pan cook (scramble) the eggs and add to the chicken. Serve with rice and broccoli | ||
