Mixed Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli
½ cup green beans
½ cup asparagus
½ cup sweet corn
1 red bell pepper
½ onion (sliced)
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add garlic and onion. Cook for 1 2 minutes.
3. Add broccoli, green beans, and asparagus first. Cook for 3 4 minutes.
4. Add corn and bell pepper. Stir well.
5. Add salt, black pepper, and soy sauce.
6. Cook for another 3 5 minutes until vegetables are soft but still a little crunchy.
