Creamy Spicy Sausages Mince Delight

This is a weeknight recipe which treats your family to a hearty satisfying meal. The spicy sausages and chilli powder is going to add a bit of a kick to this dish. This dish is a true winner for the winter season.
Ingredients:
Dash of oil
1 kg Beef Mince
6 Spicy Sausages
1 large onion chopped
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cups Beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
6 stalks of chopped celery
250g of beans (can use mushrooms, peppers, baby spinach alternatively)
250g sour cream
2 cups of rice or pasta
Method:
1) Fried sausages till fully cooked. Chop them into chunks, set aside.
2) Fried beef mince till brown, add onion and garlic, fried for a few minutes
3) Add chopped celery. Add flour, mustard, chilli powder, Worcestershire sauce and stir gently till all mixed. Pour in beef stock slowly.
4) Simmer for 5 mins or until the sauce thickens.
5) Add in chopped spicy sausages and sour cream, stir until all mixed together
6) Lastly, add in beans. Simmer till all cooked.
7) Serve with rice or pasta
