Thick Bakery Style Cookies

2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt or sea salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups chocolate chips
14 tbsp Butter melted
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together and mix in the chocolate. Let sit in fridge covered for an hour.
Preheat oven to 190°C
Roll dough into balls and bake for 13 minutes
