Vietnamese Beef

500 minced beef
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 tsp chilli paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 large carrot grated
3 tbsp apple Cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
Can Of diced tomatoes
Cooked rice

In a bowl, mix together the grated carrot, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the mince, onion, garlic, chilli, lemon, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame, salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan and cook until mince have browned. Add in the carrot and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Once that's done, add in the canned tomato. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
