| Capsicum fried rice | ||
Rice(Cooked) 1-2 cup 2 Capsicum(cubed) 1 Onion (chopped lengthwise) 1/2 tsp chilli paste (less if ypu dontbwant it to spicy 1 tsp crushed Ginger 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce 1.5 tsp Pepper Salt 2 tsp Oil 1 tsp cumin Add oil to heated pan on medium heat and cook onion, garlic, ginger and chilli for 1 minute. Mix in the capsicum, soy, cumin, pepper and salt. Cook another 5 minutes. Next mix in the cooked rice and stir well. Serve it with whatever you'd like. I chose to have baked chicken thighs. | ||
