Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients -
500gm minced beef or lamb
2 carrots diced
1 cup of celery diced
1onion diced
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 Tbsp HP sc ( or Brown sc)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sc
S& P to taste
=Topping -
4= 5 Potatoes ( mashed) or half sweet potato is also nice .
250 gm grated cheddar
=Method =
Brown off mince ,then add in onions ,cook through 5 mins then add rest of vegetables.
Add in sauces ,seasoning and canned soup and then simmer around 30 =40 mins.( You may need a little dash of water too)
Put mix into a baking dish then top with mashed potatoes ( I put some of the cheese through the potatoes first .
Then finish off with the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake on 180 °c @ 30 mins or until golden
Serve with sliced beans or garden peas and an extra drop of H.P sc ! :)
