Tortilla wrap with Egg, Ham, Tomatoes and cheese

This is a quick, easy yet delicious breakfast. Ready in 5 minutes. This is my go to when I want to make something special but don't have a lot of time. The best thing is this recipe makes my kids never get tired of eating tortillas! Easy breakfast, lunch, or dinner tortillas recipes that you and your family will love!

Ingredients:Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Diced ham or bacon
Tomato - 1/2 sliced
2 Eggs beaten
Salt & pepper
Chilli flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Chives
1 Tortilla
Mozzarella, tasty or cheddar cheese - as you like

Methods:
1) Heat some oil in the frying pan. Place slices of tomatoes in. Sprinkle salt and pepper on tomatoes slices.

2) Pour beaten eggs into the pan, add diced ham. Wait till the eggs are firm. Then place tortilla on top and press down onto the egg, ham and tomatoes mixture.

3) Flip the tortilla over (egg, ham and tomatoes are now on top instead of at the bottom). Sprinkle cheese generously on the tortilla and then fold it in half. Enjoy!
