Chicken Gizzard Fry

Ingredients
* 2 cups chicken gizzard , cleaned and boiled
* 2 tbsp oil
* 1 small onion (sliced)
* 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
* 1 tsp ginger (chopped)
* 1 2 green chilies (optional)
* ½ tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp chili powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp coriander powder
* Salt to taste
* Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Boil the gizzard/meat with a little salt until soft, then cut into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté until golden.
3. Add the boiled meat and cook on medium-high heat.
4. Add turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well.
5. Fry until the meat becomes slightly crispy and brown.
6. Add green chilies and cook for 2 3 more minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander
