Easy and Creamy Lamb stew with mushrooms

This is an easy yet delicious lamb stew for the family. We especially like to have this dish over winter months.

Ingredients:
Dash of oil
600g - 1kg diced lamb
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp thyme powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp flour
2 cups
Beef stock
250g sour cream
800g mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1) Brown diced lamb with oil in wok. Add 1 tbsp flour and mix well. Then add chopped onion and chopped carrots.

2) Add crushed garlic, cumin powder, thyme powder and paprika powder. Mix well.

3) Add beef stock. Bring it to boil and then simmer for 60 mins. I like my meat to be very tender. Add salt and pepper.

4) Slice mushrooms, put aside for later.

5) Stir in sour cream. Add sliced mushrooms until boil.

6) I serve this with rice. But you can serve this with potatoes and vegetables or pasta if preferred.
