Blueberry Chocolate Muffins

2 cups flour
2/3 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup blueberries
Preheat the oven to 177°C
Grease muffin pans.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract. Add to the flour mixture. Whisk until just combined.
Add the blueberries. Mix gently. Divide the batter into the muffin pans.
Bake in the oven for 18 minutes
