Melt in the Mouth Beef Cheeks

This low effort recipe is ideal for tough/chewy meat like beef and lamb. After a couple of hours, this tough meat will transform into melt in the mouth meat! This recipe is one of my family favorites. The best thing of cooking this recipe is, while the meat is slowly cooking, you can do other house chores, talk about multitasking!!!!
Ingredients:
1 kg of beef cheeks ( but you can use beef or lamb steaks)
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Paprika Powder
Salt and pepper
6 potatoes
Vegetables
1 packet of Brown Onion Sauce
Method:
1) Cover the meat with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper on both sides.
2) Place them in a tin and cover with foil. Refrigerate it for 30 mins to 60 mins.
3) Then place the tin in an electric frying pan (you can put it in an oven alternatively)
4) Cook meat in low heat for 2 to 2.5 hours to ensure meat is very tender. The key is to cook these slowly to minimize water loss.
5) Serve it with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables with brown onion sauce.
