Indonesian style chicken satays.

Okay ,there's few steps but I've tried to simplify it for you all !!
First soak your skewers in cold water to prevent them splintering.
Marinate 1/2 kg ( 500gm) chicken thigh or breast slices in
l Tbsp curry powder ( Ayam brand is best or you can just use the Indian one)
Some chopped Coriander
I tbsp fish sauce
2 cloves chopped garlic.
Skewer up the chicken meat and rest preferably for half an hr in the fridge.
~ Satay sauce~
4Tbsp crunchy peanut butter (* fry this off gently in a non stick pot until it turns a golden colour)
Add in some chopped hot chillies or chilli sc to taste,
Add about 1tbsp worth of palm sugar or brown sugar.
I/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp fish sc
Simmer @5mins and adjust sugar or salt and chilli flavours to taste.
Add a good squeeze of lemon juice to the cooked satays ;))
