Corn fritters Receipe | ||
Ingredients: 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen) ½ cup flour 1 egg ¼ cup milk ½ onion (finely chopped) Salt & pepper to taste Oil for frying Method: 1. In a bowl, mix flour, egg, and milk into a smooth batter. 2. Add corn, onion, salt, and pepper, then mix well. 3. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the mixture. 4. Fry until golden brown on both sides. 5. Serve hot with ketchup or yogurt dip. | ||
