1/4 cup butter softened
1 cup of grated cheese
2 beaten eggs
Tsp of parsley
Mixture of mustard and mayonnaise (as much as you need)
6 frankfurters
6 hot dog rolls

Preheat the oven to 220*C
Split your hot dog rolls and spread the insides generously with the mustard mayonnaise. Place a frankfurter in the centre of each roll and pop them into a baking dish. Cream together the butter and cheese. Fold in the beaten eggs and the parsley. Divide the mixture equally amongst the hot dogs, spreading it to cover. Bake for 15 minutes.
