Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
Dough:
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp instant yeast
* ¾ cup warm milk
* 2 tbsp butter (melted)
Filling:
* 3 tbsp butter (soft)
* ¼ cup brown sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
Glaze (optional):
* ½ cup icing sugar
* 1 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Make dough: Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk and melted butter. Knead 8 10 minutes until soft. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
2. Roll & fill: Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread butter, then sprinkle sugar + cinnamon.
3. Shape: Roll tightly, cut into pieces, and place in a greased pan.
4. Second rise: Cover and rest 30 minutes.
5. Bake: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 25 minutes until golden.
6. Glaze: Mix icing sugar + milk and drizzle on warm rolls.
