Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (with bone pieces)
2 medium onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt
Fresh coriander
Method:
1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and light brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and slightly oily.
5. Add turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add chicken pieces and cook on medium heat for 5 7 minutes, stirring well.
7. Add water, cover, and cook for 20 25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander
