Delicious Fool Proof Roast Beef Tenderloin with Citrus Buttery sauce
This really is a very easy recipe to use, endorsed by my daughter. She is learning how to cook currently, this is her go to roast recipe! Apparently it comes out great every single time.

Ingredients:

700g - 1000g beef tenderloin
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic
Tbsp soy sauce
50g melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce (optional)
200g butter (softened)
4 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp Dijon mustard or wholegrain mustard
2 tsp chives
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1) Prepare beef tenderloin ie. Cut off the fats white bits.

2) Get a small bowl, mix melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour and rub it on the beef.

3) Put it in the fridge overnight or at least for 2 hours. Then transfer it to a baking dish.

4) Cook it at 150 degrees for about 1.5 hour. Be mindful not to burn the beef.

5) I like to prepare a good sauce to drizzle it over the beef, potatoes and vegetables. Get a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together thoroughly. I taste it first in case more something is required to your taste. Bon Appetit!
